Cookies for Santa

Hello everyone!! Today I am super excited to be sharing with you a beautiful Christmas party set up with the theme "Cookies For Santa". This party is so easy to recreate and I bet your guests will LOVE to be part of it and will have fun decorating some cookies.
First of all, I wanted my dessert table to be colorful and super cute, but also with delicious desserts , that is when I decided to call my friend Olga from Polkadot Cupcake Factory and ask her if she could please design a cake for me and make me some cookies with my party theme. Look how cute they came out! Probably my favorite cookie is the Gingerbread man!
Continuing with the desserts and because I am all about serving more choices, rather than serving more quantities, I knew I needed to call Marta form Sweet Carousel Cakes and order a few more things. Kids always love Reindeers, so I order some Rice Krispies treats with the shape of a Reindeer, along with some cupcakes; but not a regular cupcake, but a Christmas Tree cupcakes. I also asked her to make me some Marshmallow kabobs with the shape of a Snow Man.
Aren't they the cutest!!
Once I got all may desserts ordered, I went ahead and bought all my party goods. One of my favorite places to order online is Paper Eskimo, their party supplies are so so cute, that it was so easy to choose what I wanted. Got some plates, cups, napkins, straws, mini wooden spoons and of course some baking cups!
Once the kids were done with their cookie decorating activity and were ready to go home, I had a goodie bag ready for them to take home. For the goodie bag, I used some paper bags from Paper Eskimo, were you can find them here , I also added a cute candy wand to the front of the bag, this cute little wand was made by Lisa Frank Parties and you can find her Instagram page here.
As a cute extra touch, I added a "Thank you" tag with a red bow. This tag is part of the The Gingerbread Party Printables set form Just a Little Sparkle and you can find it here. Alyssa is just so good at designing printables, and when I called her to see if she could create some for this party, she agreed to the project and started working! She got my idea so good and I absolutely loved what she designed.
To add more Holiday Decor, I also ordered some Gingerbread Man Pinatas from Lisa Frank, along with some cupcake toppers with a Gingerbread man shape.
Before the guests arrived, I also set up the cookie decorating table, I purchased white frosting and assorted candy for the kids to use. I put the frosting inside an icing bag and styled it with a cute red bow and some printable, in fact, I used the napkin rings from the printable set and wrapped the icing bags! If you know me, you should know that I like to mix things up a little bit, there are no rules to make things pretty, so I always suggest go ahead and use your imagination! For the candy, I used baking cups. I also added a Gingerbread House as a centerpiece and it also helped tied in the whole theme.
Hope you all enjoyed reading all the details about this "Cookies For Santa" and I had inspired you to create one for your loved ones!
