Today's post is all about celebrating the new Bride to Be in a beautiful and modern romantic set up. I hosted this Bridal Shower in one of my favorite places around town, One Eleven East. This place is truly a white canvas that you can transform in any way you want.
If you have been reading my blog posts and know me, you should know that I always feel inspired with one thing, and from that inspiration, I start designing the whole celebration.
In this Bridal Shower, I was inspired by one of Paper Eskimo's collection, The Black Tie! It's so elegant and modern.
To start setting the mood of our celebration, I asked my talented friend Catherine from Kitty Meow Boutique to design an invitation for Evelyn, the Future Bride! I think she did an amazing job, don't you think?
Now, lets start with the main entrance where I set up a simple yet beautiful little space for the Bride to Be's presents. A few details were needed, like a beautiful wreath made by the sweetest florist in Austin--Jordan, from Jordan Flowers and Events, a white stool with a pink sheer fabric draping down and a cute gold sign with the word "gifts".
For the guests' tables, I used white farm tables and black chairs that went pretty well with the style I wanted to achieve.
The color palette that I used had the blush pink, black, white and gold, and you see it through all the decor.
I used a pink satin runner that went all the way to the floor on both ends and I think it helped bring all my colors together and added a soft and elegant look.
With Jordan's help, we set up beautiful flower arrangements in different heights, along with some brass candle holders with pink tall candles. The contrast with the runner was breathtaking!
Each table setting had a gold charger that framed the modern look of the striped white and black plate and over it, I used a white and gold Geo salad plate. I also used wooden cutlery, cups and straws and the Geo black napkins.
Each guest's name was printed on a geometrical shaped card that had 2 cuts where I "thread" a beautiful stain pink ribbon. The print shows a slight pink watercolor print and it ties beautifully with the geometrical shape of the gold plate. I think the ribbon looks so chic, don't you think?
Because every detail counts when you want to celebrate something beautiful like a Bride to be, we added a special accent to her chair.
I loved how it turned out!
Seeing all the pretty tablescapes, I bet you're already hungry; but if seeing what Johana from Latin Bakery Austin prepared for this brunch doesn't make you hungry, then I don't know what it will!
Some of the menu items include caprese salad, shrimp cocktail, mini mushrooms tarts.
Some delicious Beef and Triple Veggie mini sandwiches.
A beautiful cheese platter...
A delicious Artichoke Cake and Peruan Cause served on white spoons.
And last but not least Turkey Breast served with a delicious gravy.
The drinks were also set on the same area, we served fruit infused water and lemonade.
The whole food area was styled with beautiful fresh flowers and candles.
The area where I set up the food, is definitely a big and beautiful space with a big black shelf on the back.
For that reason, I needed a big and unique statement that will help me make the space feel a little extra special and make it the focal point of the whole Bridal Shower, and for that, Nate from Nate the Great created a beautiful balloon garland in the three main colors.
Now it's time for dessert, yum!
For that table, I choose a super fun spot in the venue next to the stairs and where you can see the black rails. The rails served allowed Jordan to attach a beautiful green garland with some flowers to add a pop of color.
I also asked my friend Catherine to design a very simple yet elegant banner with the word "Desserts", that I placed under the greenery.
Now guess what? Catherine is so amazing and gave us the printable file of the banner as a gift to all my subscribers and it is available here at my Subscriber's Lounge. Isn't she so amazing and generous?

The desserts were served by Karen from Dream Bakery Austin, she made the most beautiful cake ever with some editable flowers.
She also baked these beautiful cookies, petit fours and cupcakes. The cupcakes were topped with some Gold heart shaped toppers and some black diamond shape ones that were cut and assembled by Sara from The Unique Day party shop. I used 2 different liners for the cupcakes, a striped black and and a solid black, both from Paper Eskimo's Black Tie Collection.
I must say that I love love the three white melamine cake stands you see on this table, they are so easy to transport because they come in 2 pieces, so you can easily unscrew the top part and voila! Space saver for sure, plus guess what? They don't break that easily! Nothing gets better for a party stylist like me!
And because not everything has to be so serious, I chose these adorable dessert plates in black with a gold "Who ate my cake?' saying, aren't they super cute?
And because every good thing must come to an end, we've come to the end of this Bridal Shower, but not without sending the guests home with a little surprise from Evelyn, a little token of appreciation for being part of this lovely and memorable time for her. She loved using these cute gift boxes and she filled them up with some bath bombs.
She also added a gold ribbon to make it al little bit more special when opening.
I know this was a LONG BLOG, but I really wanted to share every single detail.
I hope you liked it and that it got you inspired on how you can style yours.
Don't forget to visit my sweet friend's websites, they are super talented as you can see. I will have direct links on where to contact them on the bottom of the blog post.
