Thanksgiving Table Inspiration

Don’t you just love Thanksgiving? From the turkey to the pumpkin pie, everyone loves Thanksgiving. It’s the perfect time to gather around the table and think about all we have to be grateful for in our lives.
I decided I wanted to give my Thanksgiving table some really beautiful styling. I gathered all of my favorite fall decorations, and set to work! I really wanted to make this Thanksgiving table special, so I chose to use an unexpected color palette of creams, oranges, and blues, along with copper elements throughout.
I started with a table with beautiful chipped paint, that gives my table that perfectly shabby chic look I’m going for. Then I added some really cute leaf shaped placemats to the table settings.
I wanted to use elegant serveware to really elevate my table. I chose these lovely copper rimmed plates, with blue ceramic pots, and copper mugs. To continue the copper theme I used copper toned flatware as well.
I used fabric covered pumpkins in a variety of patterns to add a little bit of fun to the table. Then I added coordinating cloth napkins in two different fabrics, with copper napkin rings.
To make things extra cozy, I added a bench for seating and a cute little Thanksgiving pillow that says “Gather”, with more fabric pumpkins and a throw blanket. Then I added a pom pom garland -- just for fun!
Nothing says Thanksgiving quite like Pumpkin Pie, so of course we had to serve one. I embellished the top with wooden leaf-shaped cut outs for a little pop of color!
To compliment the pie, and treat our guests, I also served a pitcher of Moscow Mule cocktails with mint to be served in those beautiful copper mugs.
Taking a few minutes to plan and style your Holiday table can really take your gathering from ordinary to fabulous in no time! Your guests will surely be impressed by your hospitality.
