How to Set Up a Waffle Bar

With Mother's Day and other celebratory occasions around the corner, it's easy to become overwhelmed with all the different breakfast, dinner or snack options to offer your guests.

Brunch means waking up early while everyone else gets to sleep in, which isn't fun if you're not a morning person! That's why a food station is the ultimate option for any party you're hosting, no matter what time of day. This way guests can eat what they want and when they want it, personalizing it to their tastes, and having fun with different recipes.

That's why this waffle bar from my friends over at Gifts, in particular, makes for a great food station option for any occasion-- be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner, but especially for Mother's Day brunch.  Guests can just grab a waffle, then add their syrup (homemade of course!) and favorite toppings, adding as much or as little as they want.

Plus, if you're feeling intimated, you can follow the recipes they included for fun inspiration. From a cinnamon swirl one, to bacon and other savory bites, there are so many ways to get creative and enjoy your meal too!

I totally believe that the smallest details make the greatest impact.

Matching servingware and handwritten elements will pull your waffle bar together. They used cream-colored dishware and incorporated fun kitchen goods like berry baskets and dessert stands to give the waffle bar character. The handwritten guide was written directly onto that covered the table.

I also loved how they added the syrup labels and the twine wrapped around the whipped cream.
