This time, Nate from the Balloon Collective got in touch because he wanted some help styling these gorgeous Crystal pastel Balloons by Betallic. I love working with Nate, he’s created some really amazing balloon sculptures for us over the years, remember that amazing balloon cactus? He’s so talented. This time he created this adorable heart-shaped balloon sculpture.
He had also created black silhouettes of children blowing bubbles. I really like the one we placed by the doors to our venue, of the little girl and her bubbles getting bigger and bigger!
The balloons were pastel colored, so our color scheme was set. I focused on pale purple, baby blue, yellow, green, and a little bit of pink.
I wanted the table to feel nice and cozy, so we did a low white table top that I placed on pink painted plastic milk crates. Then, I placed throw pillows on the floor for seating. Off to the side I included a few photo booth props.
Each place setting included multi-colored plates stacked up, I’m all about creating layers on a table, it really makes it look special, and feel more high-end. Then we added a candy skewer. Each stack of plates was paired with a couple of napkins, one plain colored napkins and one that said “Happy Birthday”, and had confetti dots. Then we added bottles of lemonade wrapped with washi tape.
We teamed up with Paige's Bakeshop for our three cakes, macarons, and cake pops. The middle one has an ombré look, from pink on the bottom to white up top. The other two have a drip cake look, with yellow and blue frostings.
I added these lovely oversize lollipops because I think they gave our cakes a perfect bubbly look. Aren’t they fun?
So what do you think of this Bubble Bash? Do you love the silhouettes of the bubble blowers, or do you prefer the nice blank wall? Let me know in the comments down below, and be sure to say hello to our collaborators.

Recently, I had the opportunity to plan and design a Camp-themed kid’s party that was an absolute joy to set up. Inspired by classic camp style, I transformed the venue into a mini camp getaway, complete with camp gear, a camp-inspired chow hall, and outdoor activities.
